I reached out via their "help" submission portal several times over weeks with no response, however I believe it is possibly fake because my email was input but on my actual email account "sent" folder it contained nothing to dossier of what I wrote. I was charged for a product but never received a confirmation email or order number. I was a happy customer twice from ********************** and literally told all my friends about them until now, now I think they are potentially a scam.
